It is important to us that you like and enjoy our products. So we want you to know it's okay to change your mind. That's why we offer you, if you are not satisfied with your product or simply changed your mind about it, you can return it within 30 days.
Big Moves will refund you in the same way as you originally paid for the product in question. You can also choose to receive a Big Moves voucher for +5% of the purchase amount instead. (Example: You have paid 50 $ for a product and returned it, instead of a refund you receive a voucher worth 52.50 $.)
You can return all products that are in perfect condition. If the product you are returning does not meet our criteria, we may refuse to accept it or offer you an exchange or voucher.
Our criteria for a refund:
- Returns will only be processed if made via the Return Portal.
- This return policy does not apply to services (delivery, advice, etc.).
- The product must be in perfect condition.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. That's why we are here for you if you want to exchange, return or complain about a product. To do this, we ask you to initiate an exchange via our Return Portal.
After your return has been processed, you will of course receive a refund. This is how the whole process works:
If you are unhappy with a product, it is imperative that you go to our Return Portal and request a refund within the first 30 days of receiving the delivery.
There you will fill in all the information we need to process your claim.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you and either release the product for a return or refuse to accept it.
If the product has been released, you can return the product to us at the address below.
When we receive the package, we will check the condition and initiate the refund. This may take a few days depending on your payment method.
